How many issues are produced each year?

There are 11 issues of Football Weekends every year. They are published monthly apart from January.

I have subscribed! When will I receive my first copy?

Thanks for subscribing! We will mail you with an introductory letter. Once the new issue is on sale in newsagents, the final Thursday of each month, all subscriptions will then start with the following issue.

Sorry, we cannot backdate subscriptions to start from earlier issues.

How can I pay for my magazines?

UK residents can pay via three methods. The recommended way is via Go Cardless – this can be used for single/ multiple issue payments, or for ongoing subscription payments. Go Cardless is a trusted, reliable payment method used by a number of major firms to handle payments.

Alternatively you can pay by Direct Bank Transfer – or via a cheque. If you choose either of these options for a subscription you will need to pay the full amount in one transaction – a one year subscription (11 issues) is £52.99.

We do not currently take payment via credit card or Paypal due to the fees involved.

Do you deliver overseas?

Yes we do! European residents can subscribe through this website and claim the subscription discounts or buy individual issues. There is a £3.75 postage charge added to European orders, including the Republic Of Ireland.

European residents with a Euros or UK bank account can pay via Go Cardless. This allows you to take out a monthly subscription – click here for details and to place an order.

Alternatively you can pay via direct bank transfer so choose this option when payment.

We can arrange deliveries and subscriptions for outside Europe. The subscription discounts still apply, and the charge for postage and packaging is £6.50 per issue. Click here for details and to order a Rest of World subscription.

How much are subscriptions?

From January 2020 subscriptions are available at the following price:

UK monthly subscription: £4.25 per month

UK annual subscription (11 issues): £52.99

European monthly subscription (sterling or euro account required): £6/ €6.99 per month

European annual subscription: £77.99/ €89.99

Rest of World monthly subscription (sterling or euro account required): £7 per month

Rest of World annual subscription: £89.99

I’m moving home, how do I change my address?

Please contact us and let us know your moving date, and we will update our records promptly.

I ordered a single issue, how long should it take to arrive?

Once payment has been made we aim to despatch orders as soon as possible via Royal Mail, and in the vast majority of cases within 2 working days. However, please allow up to 7 working days for despatch and delivery to UK addresses and 2 weeks for overseas orders.

My copy hasn’t arrived, what should i do?

We mail subscription copies out 1 week before they are sold in shops, and within 2 weeks for European addresses. Please contact us if this has not happened.

When does my subscription end?

If you pay by Direct Debit, your subscription will continue until you ask us to stop sending the magazine. You may cancel at any time. If you have taken out an annual subscription we will issue you with a reminder when your subscription is nearing the end.

I want to cancel my subscription. What should I do?

We hope you don’t! But if you do simply contact us and we will arrange for your direct debit payments to be stopped at the earliest opportunity, and your subscription will cease.

Please note that for annual payment subscriptions no refunds can be made for early cancellations.
